Provision of Continuing Professional Development Credits and Educational Programmes

For our programmes the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) will provide Continuing Professional Development Credits for these courses. The IAFC has an established educational program and we will make that available to your project. The IAFC can also engage their On-line educational Learning System for Distance Learning (these may need to be developed to support specific needs and translation work may be needed for your application).

Internationally Accredited Training and Events

Professionals now expect to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) regardless of career level, job role and responsibilities. Our Professional Rescue CPD Certificated courses help organisations to formalise knowledge into a structured and recognised approach to meet those expectations.

In addition to the IAFC, in appropriate instances we apply for and meet the criteria for CPD validation for our courses from the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) - the “International Organisation For Fire Professionals”. Where CPD hours are formally validated by the IFE, we are permitted to display the distinctive IFE CPD logo (with the relevant activity hours within) on programmes and the delegate to accrue those hours of Professional Development – a vital part of the career progression and maintenance of competencies.

All the Professional Rescue Academy courses are CPD certificated following submission to and approvals by these independent industry professional approval bodies as providing the relevant hours of Continuing Professional Development Activity. Also, courses are fully supported by ‘Manuals of Information’ which are kept up to date with new information from the “feedback loop” of our research or Masterclasses or Conferences to keep the ‘best practice’ and professional development up to date.
